This page explains how Tasne uses personal information on this website, tasne.me. Tasne is the controller of that information. You can contact us at hello@tasne.me about anything on this page.
What we collect and why

We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They only handle information for the purpose described.
- Stripe takes payments and manages subscriptions.
- Resend delivers the emails sent from our contact and support forms.
- Google Analytics measures site use, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Railway hosts the website.
- Cloudflare provides the domain name service and helps protect the site.
We do not sell personal information. Some of these providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards such as the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable time afterwards. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Information inside a workspace is kept while the workspace is active.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or move it to another service. You can object to uses based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@tasne.me.
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
